Delivery Policy (Store)

Our business has a policy on clearly stating what is included in all prices quoted for any delivery and shipping charges incurred.

All Massage Chairs/ Sofas purchases are entitled to FREE delivery (single trip) by our 3rd Party logistics (Delivery rates applies outside NCR/Metro Manila)

The timing of the delivery will be pre-arranged with you at the point of purchase. Delivery will take place between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays and between 10am to 1pm, Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, after 7pm etc.). 

Our friendly delivery team will call you 1 -2 days before delivery as a gentle reminder before delivering the Massage Chair or Massage Sofa. Should you not able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item. 

If you purchase a massage chair/sofa and any other items, all the items will be delivered together with your massage chair/sofa.

In the event that there is no one is at home to receive the delivery, our team will leave a “Unsuccessful Delivery” note stating that they attempted to deliver the item. You may call the number stated on the note to arrange for another delivery schedule.

We would like to seek your kind understanding that some delays may occur during peak seasons and sale periods due to overwhelming orders and deliveries.

To qualify for delivery, your delivery location must be easily accessible through the elevator (i.e. same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

If the delivery crew is unable to deliver the massage chair / massage sofa to your location through the elevator at the point of delivery (i.e. items unable to fit into elevator, refusal of elevator access by building management or etc.) and deemed unfeasible, we will assess the feasibility for the massage chair/ massage sofa to be carried up through the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

If the process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery and re-arrangements will be made and may be subjected to additional charges.

Small Products (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):
Our Small Products delivery services are our local couriers (Grab/Lalamove). You can track the delivery status by contacting our online Customer Service.

Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas (applicable ONLY for Online Orders):

We will contact you within 1-3 business days after you have placed your online order, to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and while we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery, we will endeavour to meet your requirements there possible.

We strive to process all orders within 1 – 3 workings days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

Please note that the average 1 – 3 working day processing time is an average required to check payment, pick, and pack and dispatch your order(s) and the order cut off time is 12pm noon. 

For your online orders, a sales representative will get in touch with you within 1 – 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after our acceptance of your order & Payment confirmation for scheduling of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Some orders may take longer to process if it was received during the weekend (Fri after 12pm – Sunday midnight), during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.

Small Products:

We use local couriers (Lalamove/Grab) to facilitate the delivery of our orders; therefore it would usually take place between 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm for Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We don’t provide exact delivery time (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.) at this moment. Please note that Pickup operates on a best effort basis.

Massage Chairs or Massage Sofas:

Delivery rate: P250 (within NCR only)

*We use local couriers (Grab/Lalamove) to facilitate the delivery of our small items orders and are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, after 7pm etc). Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

Massage Chairs / Massage Sofas:

– Free Local Delivery within NCR (both online and offline orders).

– Outside NCR, our customer service representative will contact you for the shipping arrangement and shipping cost (both online and offline orders).
